At dōppō, our love for matcha runs deep. We started as a neighborhood boba shop crafting drinks that sparked joy. Curiosity pushed us further — toward a tea with history, soul, and stunning depth.
Our search took us to Japan’s rolling hills and a family‑run matcha farm. We saw tender leaves shaded from the sun, handpicked at their sweetest, and stone‑ground into vivid powder. That care changed us. Back home, we couldn’t find matcha that matched that clarity and umami — so we brought it here.
We import ceremonial‑grade matcha, whisk to order, and pair tradition with innovation. A La Marzocco anchors our coffee bar; our signatures, like the Strawberry Matcha Latte, add playful, modern notes. Different, yet deeply respectful.
